Seacoast 5151 at 5151 Collins Avenue, with residences also addressed at 5161 Collins Avenue, is an oceanfront condominium on Millionaire's Row in Mid-Beach, Miami Beach. Designed by Morris Lapidus, the architect of the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc, it was completed in 1966 and is recorded as Seacoast 5151 Condo; listings also call it the Seacoast, Sea Coast or Seacoast Towers. It is one of the largest oceanfront condominiums in Mid-Beach. Miami-Dade Property Appraiser records list about 440 residences across the two addresses, plus a handful of commercial units. Roughly 370 are two-bedroom, two-bath homes, mostly about 1,000 to 1,410 square feet with split bedroom plans and balconies; about 50 are one-bedroom units of about 610 to 1,060 square feet, many with one and a half baths. Rotunda-line residences add a den and a large terrace facing the Intracoastal sunsets, and the rooftop penthouses at 5151 have private roof terraces, with the largest at about 3,950 square feet. East lines face the ocean, and west lines look across Indian Creek to the waterfront estates and the Miami skyline. Seacoast 5151 condos come with a two-story grand lobby, a 6,000-square-foot fitness center, an oceanfront pool deck with a solarium area and hot tub, a poolside tiki bar and cafe, a mini market, a hair salon, a library, a ballroom, a business room and a BBQ area. Beach service includes chairs and umbrellas for each apartment, and the building has valet parking with an assigned space per unit, a concierge and 24-hour security. Fees typically cover cable, internet and air conditioning. The building sits directly on the beach and the Miami Beach Boardwalk near 51st Street, near the Lapidus-designed Crystal House and a short walk from the Alexander, with the Fontainebleau less than a mile south and Surfside and Bal Harbour Shops a short drive north. Listings report that the association completed its 40-year and 50-year recertifications and maintains reserves, and many current listings disclose a special assessment. Through 2026 the oceanfront pool and deck were being rebuilt, with completion estimates in listings ranging from mid-2026 to early 2027. Rentals are popular here: most MLS listings allow leasing up to 12 times a year with a 30-day minimum, and many note that no association approval is required. As of October 2026, 16 units were listed for sale from about $490,000 to $1.2 million and 46 were offered for rent at $2,800 to $9,000 a month, and nine sales closed in the prior 12 months from $456,000 to $1.5 million.
