Trump International Beach Resort is a 32-story oceanfront condo-hotel at 18001 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, recorded by the Miami-Dade Property Appraiser as Trump International Sonesta Beach Resort Condo. Dezer Development built it in a joint venture with Donald J. Trump as the first phase of Trump Grande Ocean Resort & Residences, an 11-acre oceanfront site on Collins Avenue between 180th and 182nd streets, and county records date the building to 2003. Sonesta International Hotels was the hotel operator when the tower opened, which is why many records and listings still call it Trump International Sonesta.
