Porto Bellagio is a waterfront condominium community on North Bay Road in Sunny Isles Beach, made up of four mid-rise buildings at 17100, 17150, 17125 and 17145 North Bay Road, completed in 2003. The two larger buildings at 17100 and 17150 North Bay Road rise nine stories, and the two smaller buildings at 17125 and 17145 North Bay Road rise six stories; listings describe the 17145 building, Tower 4, as the closest to the beach. County records list 500 residences across the four buildings: 99 one-bedroom units of about 645 to 741 square feet, 307 two-bedroom units of about 907 to 1,264 square feet and 94 three-bedroom units of about 1,264 to 1,353 square feet. The community sits on the bay side of Sunny Isles Beach, a short walk east to the beach and Collins Avenue, with restaurants, markets and city parks nearby and Aventura Mall a few minutes away.
