Las Olas River House is a 42-story riverfront condominium at 333 Las Olas Way in downtown Fort Lauderdale, completed in 2004 directly on the New River. The Las Olas River House building holds approximately 287 residences across one- to four-bedroom layouts and upper-floor penthouses, with floor plans ranging from roughly 900 to over 4,500 square feet.
