ICON South Beach · #2303

ICON South Beach is a 40-story s-shaped bayfront luxury condominium at 450 Alton Road in Miami Beach, completed in 2005 by The Related Group with architecture by Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership and interiors by Philippe Starck. The ICON South Beach building delivers approximately 274 to 289 residences across one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations with interior sizes ranging from approximately 851 to 2,158 square feet. The 450 Alton ICON South Beach interiors carry the unmistakable Philippe Starck design vocabulary: oversized communal spaces with theatrical scale, custom lighting, mirror-finished surfaces, and signature Starck furniture, paired with floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary European finishes, and private balconies with bay and downtown skyline views. The s-shaped curtain wall at ICON South Beach faces Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach Marina, and the South Beach skyline. The ICON South Beach 450 Alton Road address sits on the western bayfront edge of South of Fifth, with Joe's Stone Crab, Smith & Wollensky, Prime 112, and Estiatorio Milos within four blocks and South Pointe Park three blocks south. The Miami Beach Marina sits directly across Alton Road, putting deep-water slips and charter access immediately adjacent. The MacArthur Causeway puts Brickell and downtown Miami fifteen minutes west of the ICON 450 Alton property, while Lincoln Road Mall, Espanola Way, and the Faena District sit seven to ten minutes north up Collins Avenue. Residents at the South Beach ICON tower access two infinity-edge swimming pools, a heated bayfront lap pool, a whirlpool spa, the Starck-designed pool bar and grill, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a full health spa with sauna and steam, a residents' theater, a conference and business center, and a billiards room. The ICON South Beach 450 Alton amenity program rounds out with 24-hour concierge, valet, and security. The Philippe Starck-designed lobby and amenity floors, the Sieger Suarez architecture, and the prime SoFi-adjacent bay frontage keep ICON South Beach one of the most design-forward Related Group towers on Miami Beach.
