JEM Private Residences is a 67-story luxury condominium tower by New York-based Naftali Group at 1016 NE 2nd Avenue, planted inside the Miami Worldcenter master-planned development in Downtown Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Rockwell Group, the JEM Miami tower will rise roughly 700 feet and deliver 259 private condominiums on the upper floors (43 and above) plus a Limited Penthouse Collection, sitting atop a podium of 530 multifamily rental units and ground-floor commercial space that connects directly into Worldcenter's promenade. Layouts run from studios through three-bedrooms, with floor-to-ceiling impact windows opening onto fully tiled wraparound terraces, glass railings, custom millwork cabinetry, honed Calacatta Gold quartz counters, and wide-plank white oak floors throughout each residence. JEM Private Residences is Naftali Group's first Miami project, and the program is structured around hotel-caliber service rather than short-term rental flexibility. A dedicated JEM-branded hospitality team runs the porte-cochere, 24-hour concierge, valet, and on-site lifestyle management. The 50th-floor JEM Club anchors the amenity floor, with a 60-foot outdoor pool, cabanas and floating daybeds, a fitness center, a spa suite with sauna and steam room, a yoga and movement studio, a sky lounge, a residents' lounge with bar, a private dining room with catering kitchen, a co-working suite with conference rooms, a screening room, a game lounge, a children's playroom, a pet spa, and a spirits tasting room. The combination of Rockwell Group interiors and Naftali's hospitality team is engineered to look and feel like a five-star hotel building without the rental turnover. The JEM Worldcenter location is the structural advantage of the Downtown JEM Private Residences pre-construction project. The 1016 NE 2nd Avenue tower steps directly into Worldcenter's retail and dining promenade, with the Kaseya Center two blocks away, MiamiCentral Brightline station three blocks south, and Bayfront Park, Perez Art Museum, and the Frost Science Museum a short Metromover ride along Biscayne Boulevard. Naftali completed the foundation pour in mid-2025 and the vertical construction permit was approved in early 2025, with construction moving up the tower on schedule for delivery later this decade.
