The Lincoln Coconut Grove · #201

The Lincoln Coconut Grove is an eight-story boutique condominium underway at 2650 Lincoln Avenue, two blocks off Main Highway in the heart of the village. The project carries 48 residences and is scheduled to deliver in the third quarter of 2028, developed by LORE Development and Element Development with capital partners Leste Group and Opportunity. Architect Frank Paredes leads the design with interiors by Design Philosophy and landscape work by CITE Arquitetura, a green-certified building pitched at residents who want a single-block walk to Commodore Plaza. Floor plans run one to four bedrooms, every layout including an in-suite den or office, and ceilings reach up to 11 feet across the residences. The Lincoln sits inside the Grove's village grid where Lincoln Avenue meets the canopy streets near Main Highway, Grand Avenue, and Commodore Plaza. Peacock Park, the bayfront, CocoWalk, and the Coconut Grove Library are within a few minutes on foot, and the Greenstreet Cafe and the Saturday farmers market at Plaza pace daily life on this block. Coral Gables and the Merrick Park luxury retail district sit roughly five minutes west on Bird Road and Le Jeune, while Brickell is reachable via South Bayshore Drive. The site puts residents inside the village without the traffic of the more tourist-oriented blocks. Residences at The Lincoln Coconut Grove are configured for full-time living rather than a pied-a-terre footprint, with the in-suite den layered into every floor plan and ceiling heights tuned to bring in daylight through the tropical canopy. Building services include concierge, valet, and 24-hour security, with green certification driving the mechanical and material specs. The amenity program is built around a rooftop pool deck, a fitness center, a residents' lounge, a wellness room, dedicated coworking, and ground-floor landscape gardens shaped by CITE Arquitetura. With only 48 keys behind the door at 2650 Lincoln Avenue, the Lincoln tilts toward an owner-resident profile rather than the short-term rental market.
