Edition Residences · #1403

The Residences at The Miami Beach EDITION is an ultra-low-density oceanfront branded condominium at 2901 Collins Avenue, occupying the top floors of an 18-story tower and an adjacent 1950s-era landmark, the former Seville Hotel, in Mid-Beach. Developed by Ian Schrager and delivered in 2014, the EDITION program was designed inside and out by British architect John Pawson, the minimalist who designed the Calvin Klein flagship and the Cistercian Monastery of Novy Dvur. EDITION Residences totals just 26 bespoke homes ranging from one-bedroom floor plans to duplexes, triplexes, and rooftop penthouses with private pools and outdoor kitchens. The site occupies a full Collins Avenue block frontage in Mid-Beach between 29th and 30th Streets, two blocks north of the Faena District and a short walk south of the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc resorts, with direct beach access on a wide section of Mid-Beach sand. The Bass Museum of Art, the New World Center, the Miami Beach Convention Center, and the Lincoln Road pedestrian mall are within a ten-minute drive south, and the MacArthur Causeway connects the EDITION to Downtown Miami and Brickell in roughly fifteen minutes. EDITION residences feature John Pawson's signature minimalist palette with floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding glass doors, Bulthaup designer kitchens developed specifically for the building, bleached teak flooring, spa-style bathrooms, and expansive terraces opening directly to the Atlantic and the Miami Beach skyline. EDITION owners receive full access to the EDITION hotel's amenity program, which includes a private beach with attended cabanas, multiple oceanfront pools, a full-service spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a walking and jogging trail, an indoor ice-skating rink, a four-lane bowling alley known as BASEMENT Bowl, a kids' club and outdoor play area, and over 10,000 square feet of event space. Dining at EDITION is led by Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and includes Matador Room and Matador Bar, the Market at EDITION, and Tropicale Grill.
