Cipriani Residences Miami is an 85-story, roughly 950-foot condominium tower at 1420 South Miami Avenue in Brickell. Mast Capital topped out the tower in July 2026, and the developer bills it as the tallest residential tower south of Manhattan; about 85% of its residences were sold as of September 2026. The Cipriani Residences project is developed by Mast Capital with architecture by Arquitectonica, interiors by 1508 London, and structural engineering by Thornton Tomasetti. The Cipriani Brickell tower contains 397 residences across one- to four-bedroom layouts, plus the upper-floor Canaletto Collection of 68 ultra-luxury homes and 6 penthouses on the top 18 floors. Residences at Cipriani Miami feature roughly 10-foot ceilings, curved facades that frame panoramic bay and city views, expansive terraces accessible from living rooms and primary suites, custom high-gloss Italian kitchens, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and sculptural stand-alone bathtubs in primary baths. Pricing starts around $1.8 million, and first occupancy is targeted for summer 2027. In September 2026 the developer released the 1931 Collection, two final penthouses: the three-level San Marco at $33 million and Torcello at $19.8 million. The 1420 South Miami Avenue site sits in the heart of Brickell's residential corridor, two blocks south of Brickell City Centre and a short walk from Mary Brickell Village, the SW 15th Road Metromover station, and the Brickell Metromover loop. Cipriani Residences sits near the Underline linear park and a few blocks from Simpson Park's hardwood hammock, with Brickell Key, the KASEYA Center, Bayfront Park, and the Miami Riverwalk all reachable on foot or by Metromover. Komodo, Sexy Fish, and the Mandarin Oriental dining are within minutes, and the Cipriani brand operates Cipriani Downtown Miami on the Brickell waterfront. PortMiami is a short drive north. Amenities at the Cipriani tower run on Cipriani-branded hospitality: a residents-only Cipriani restaurant, 24-hour in-home dining catered by Cipriani, poolside food and beverage service, a 37th-floor speakeasy for the Canaletto Collection, private dining rooms, a screening room, a library lounge, a resort deck with two pools and cabanas, a fitness center, yoga studios, a holistic spa with sauna and ice plunge, a golf simulator, a pickleball court, indoor and outdoor children's spaces, a Cipriani residential concierge, a house limousine, 24-hour valet, and a Director of Residences overseeing daily operations.
