La Perla is a 42-story oceanfront condominium at 16699 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, occupying a wide parcel directly on the Atlantic. The building was completed in 2007 and holds approximately 326 residences, with floor plans ranging from studios through three-bedroom layouts plus penthouses sized from roughly 700 to over 2,500 square feet. La Perla was one of the larger ground-up oceanfront towers built in Sunny Isles during the mid-2000s wave and remains a popular building for buyers who want a full-service condo at a lower price point than the ultra-luxury towers further up Collins.
