Jade Brickell · #1811

Jade at Brickell Bay is a 48-story bayfront condominium at 1331 Brickell Bay Drive, completed in 2004 by Fortune International Group and designed by Revuelta Vega Leon. The Jade tower delivered 338 residences in one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses, all wrapped in a curving blue-green glass curtain wall that gave the building its name and that has weathered two decades as one of the most recognizable forms on the Brickell skyline. Jade Brickell residences feature 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, marble flooring in living areas, European cabinetry, granite countertops, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance packages, and private terraces that stretch the length of the main living rooms with direct Biscayne Bay exposure. The 1331 Brickell Bay Drive site puts Jade at Brickell directly on the Brickell Bay promenade, with the Four Seasons Miami and Mandarin Oriental Brickell Key visible across the basin. Brickell City Centre, Saks Fifth Avenue, the EAST Miami hotel, and the CMX cinema are a six-block walk west, and Mary Brickell Village is roughly the same. Bayfront Park, the MiamiCentral Brightline station, and Bayside Marketplace are a 10-minute walk north along the bay path, and the Eighth Street Metromover station is three blocks west. The Rickenbacker Causeway entrance to Key Biscayne, Virginia Key, and the Miami Marine Stadium is six minutes south by car, and South Beach is 12 minutes east via the MacArthur Causeway. The Jade Brickell amenity deck spans roughly 31,000 square feet on a dedicated floor. The program includes an infinity-edge bayfront pool, a separate reflection pool, a hot tub, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a full spa with his-and-hers sauna and steam rooms, a rooftop community room, a business center, a conference room, a children's playroom, and a private wine cellar. Service includes full-time concierge, 24-hour valet, on-site management, controlled-access security, and a private dock-and-lift program for residents who want bay access. The Jade at Brickell Bay tower also includes pet-friendly policies and storage cages assigned to each unit.
