Paramount Miami Worldcenter is a 60-story tower at 851 NE 1st Avenue and one of the centerpiece buildings of the $6 billion Miami Worldcenter master plan. Completed in 2019 and developed by Daniel Kodsi of Royal Palm Companies with Miami Worldcenter Associates, Paramount was designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects and contains 569 residences across one- to four-bedroom layouts. The tower reaches 699 feet to the roof and is topped by the Skydeck Crown, a 300-foot-wide LED feature that lights up the downtown skyline. Paramount Miami Worldcenter floor plans run from compact one-bedrooms to four-bedroom corner residences with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian marble flooring, European cabinetry, and Bosch appliance packages. The Paramount Worldcenter site sits inside the Miami Worldcenter pedestrian district, with the Brightline MiamiCentral station, the KASEYA Center, the Adrienne Arsht Center, PAMM, and Frost Science all within walking distance. The Worldcenter retail promenade, Bayside Marketplace, and Bayfront Park are a short walk east, and the Metromover and Metrorail both serve the building. Paramount is one of the few Downtown towers that connects directly to the Miami Worldcenter retail and dining grid through the ground-floor podium, with restaurants and bars on the same block. Amenity programming at Paramount Miami Worldcenter is among the largest in Miami, spread across a five-acre deck and a four-level rooftop Skydeck. Paramount's resort deck includes resort pools, a soccer field, a basketball half-court, a racquetball court, tennis courts, a boxing studio, an outdoor jam room with a recording studio, BBQ areas, a dog park, and a children's adventure center. The Skydeck Crown atop the tower hosts a sunrise pool, an infinity-edge pool, a Tai Chi deck, a lounge, and an observatory with panoramic Biscayne Bay views. Interior amenities cover a signature spa and salon, a fitness center, a game room, a golf simulator, and 24-hour concierge and valet.
