1010 Brickell · #1706

1010 Brickell is a 50-story tower at 1010 Brickell Avenue, completed in 2017 by Key International Development with 13th Floor Investments as co-developer, designed by Sieger Suarez Architects. The 1010 program holds 387 residences in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts ranging roughly 633 to 2,170 interior square feet, organized inside a curvilinear glass facade that became one of the more recognizable mid-Brickell silhouettes after delivery. Standard interiors include floor-to-ceiling windows, Italian porcelain flooring, European cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a Bosch appliance package. The smaller studio inventory and the dense amenity stack have made 1010 Brickell one of the most rental-active luxury addresses in the Brickell market. The address sits in the center of Brickell Avenue, one block from Mary Brickell Village and one block from Brickell City Centre. The Underline runs along South Miami Avenue under the elevated Metromover, the Brickell Metromover station is two blocks west, and the Eighth Street Metromover station feeds directly into Brickell City Centre. Brickell Key sits four blocks east, with the Miami River and the Brickell Bridge five blocks north and the Mandarin Oriental hotel on the Key. The 1010 Brickell address is within walking distance to the KASEYA Center, Bayfront Park, and the Brickell financial corridor's office towers. South Beach is a 15-minute drive across the MacArthur Causeway. 1010 Brickell carries one of the most extensive amenity programs in the Brickell condominium market. The 50th floor rooftop holds a swimming pool, a glass-bottom jacuzzi, and an outdoor movie theater with panoramic skyline and bay views. There is also an indoor heated pool on the building's lower amenity floor. Recreation facilities include a bowling alley, an arcade room, a virtual golf simulator, an indoor basketball court, a squash court, and an outdoor running track. Wellness facilities include a co-ed Turkish hammam, a hydrotherapy pool, a cold plunge pool, sauna, steam room, and massage treatment rooms, along with a yoga studio and a full fitness center. The 1010 amenity package is rounded out by a children's playroom, a screening room, a residents' lounge, and 24-hour concierge and valet.
