Biscayne Beach occupies a 51-story bayfront tower at 2900 NE 7th Avenue in Edgewater, completed in 2017 by Eastview Development and GTIS Partners. Arquitectonica handled the building's architecture while celebrity designer Thom Filicia designed the interiors, common spaces, and residential finishes. The tower holds approximately 391 residences spread across one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts plus penthouses, with floor-to-ceiling impact glass, custom European wood cabinetry, stone countertops, premium appliance packages, and private terraces protected by glass railings. Floor plans were drawn to maximize the building's east-facing bay orientation, and many units capture direct views across Biscayne Bay toward the Venetian Islands and South Beach beyond. The Edgewater address sits along Biscayne Bay between the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts to the south, the Miami Design District to the north, and Wynwood inland to the west. MiamiCentral and the Brightline station that connects to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando are roughly ten minutes south.
