Architecture is by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica and interiors are by French designer Jean-Louis Deniot. The program holds 100 residences in three-, four-, and five-bedroom layouts ranging roughly 2,660 to 3,995 interior square feet, with private elevator entry to each home. Elysee uses a flow-through east-west floor plan that captures bay views to the east and city views to the west, putting two exposures in every residence. Standard interiors include 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass, Deniot-designed cabinetry, Italian marble flooring, Gaggenau appliance packages, and wide flow-through terraces. Two guest suites and an Elysee Attache concierge program round out the residential offering.
