Brickell Flatiron is a 64-story, 736-foot luxury condominium at 1000 Brickell Plaza, the tallest all-residential building in Miami at delivery and one of the tallest condominium towers south of Manhattan. Brickell Flatiron was developed by Ugo Colombo's CMC Group with the Capital Group, with architecture by Miami-based Luis Revuelta of Revuelta Architecture International and interiors by Italian designer Massimo Iosa Ghini of Iosa Ghini Associati. First closings at Brickell Flatiron began on November 1, 2019, and the tower delivers 527 residences laid out as studios, one- through four-bedroom homes, and an upper-floor collection of duplex and triplex penthouses. The tower's signature curvilinear glass facade and flatiron site geometry give the Brickell skyline one of its most recognizable silhouettes. The Brickell Flatiron site sits one block from Brickell City Centre, two blocks from Mary Brickell Village, and within a short walk of the Brickell Avenue financial corridor, the Eighth Street Metromover station, and the Underline linear park, which runs south under the Metrorail toward Coconut Grove. The Miami River walkway is two blocks north, Biscayne Bay six blocks east, and Brickell Flatiron is roughly fifteen minutes from Miami International Airport via the Dolphin Expressway and ten from Miami Beach over the MacArthur Causeway. The lobby of Brickell Flatiron showcases large-scale paintings produced exclusively for the building by New York artist Julian Schnabel.
