Carillon Miami Beach · #1205

Carillon Miami Beach is a three-tower oceanfront wellness resort and condominium campus at 6799-6801-6899 Collins Avenue in North Beach, sitting on roughly 750 feet of private Atlantic shoreline. The Carillon Miami Beach campus was originally built in 1958 as the Carillon Hotel, then comprehensively redeveloped in 2008 by Arquitectonica and the Rockwell Group into a condo-hotel and wellness-residence complex with approximately 459 residences across the three towers. The center tower at 6801 Collins operates as a condo-hotel with hotel suites on floors 2 through 10 and privately owned condos on floors 11 through 16; the north and south towers at Carillon Miami Beach carry the full residential program. The property originally operated as Canyon Ranch Resort & Spa Miami Beach before being repositioned as the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort under independent ownership. The Carillon Miami Beach address lands on the quieter, more residential stretch of Collins between 67th and 69th Streets, with North Shore Open Space Park, the Bandshell, and Ocean Terrace within walking distance. Mid-Beach landmarks Faena District and Soho Beach House sit one mile south of Carillon Miami Beach along Collins, while Bal Harbour Shops, the Surf Club Surfside, the St. Regis Bal Harbour, and the Broad Causeway to Bay Harbor Islands sit about 10 minutes north on Collins. La Gorce CC, Mount Sinai Medical Center, and the Indian Creek bike path run along the bay side of the property. The Julia Tuttle Causeway delivers Wynwood Walls, the Design District, PAMM, and Brickell within 15 to 20 minutes, and the 71st Street causeway connects to Normandy Isles and North Bay Village. Carillon's defining amenity is one of the largest hotel-attached wellness facilities in North America: a 70,000-square-foot spa and fitness program with 150-plus weekly group classes, an indoor hydrotherapy circuit featuring a Roman waterfall, an Igloo cold room, and a crystal steam room, four oceanfront swimming pools, an outdoor wellness garden, a medical wellness center with diagnostic imaging and preventive medicine programs, multiple oceanfront dining venues, a residents' lounge, 24-hour concierge, valet, beach service with cabanas, the option of hotel-program housekeeping and turnkey rental management, and direct beach access through the building. The Carillon Miami Beach campus remains one of the few Miami Beach buildings purpose-built around a working wellness program rather than as a wellness add-on.
