Ocean Villas · #S-107

Gorgeous Art Deco gem located at 37th and Collins Ave across the street from the sands of sunny Miami Beach! The Miami Beach S walk runs the entire length of the barrier island (North to Bal Harbour and South to South Pointe Park) with Citi Bike rental locations all throughout town, a trolley and bus stop at 37th and Indian Creek Dr, and the Julia Tuttle Causeway business district on 41st Street - this location, location, location is central to everything the area has to offer and so many transportation options allow easy maneuverability and life without a car seamless. The best part, the building allows short term rentals, legal short term rentals! The building maintains it's Business Tax Receipt and many owners use Airbnb and other STR platforms to cash flow their investment. Others like a hybrid condo where the income offsets the costs of their vacation home. While others just want a beach pad that doesn't break the bank...this unit will meet all these criteria quite well. The unit itself is a true 1BR, renovated and fully turnkey furnished as it currently operates as a short term rental. All new appliances, furnishings, window treatments, built out closets with locking owner's closet, etc. - Queen bed and Queen pull out sofa sleeps 4 very comfortably. Electricity, cable, internet, water, sewer/trash is all inclusive in the monthly maintenance fee (important to note). Building is managed well, has a SIRS report, has been collecting reserves for many years.
