The Bond on Brickell is a 44-story condominium at 1080 Brickell Avenue, completed in September 2016 by Rilea Group with MDR Toledo. The Bond was designed by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates with interiors by Loguer Design, the Mexico City firm that worked British and James Bond-era themes into the lobby, club rooms, and corridor finishes -- including a re-creation of a London Underground tile motif and tongue-in-cheek nods to vintage spy iconography.
