Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village sit roughly a mile north, the Brickell Metrorail and Metromover stations are within a 10-minute walk, and the Rickenbacker Causeway is two blocks south for direct access to Key Biscayne, Crandon Park, and the Cape Florida lighthouse. Concierge service runs on a 24-hour schedule, and the limited-residency model delivers an amenity-to-resident ratio that is unusual in Brickell at any price point.
