Text agent for quick reply. Parents, walk your kids to school at Coral Gables Prep Academy, every morning! Young professionals, there are multiple coworking locations, just blocks away. Gated parking (2 spots), downtown Coral Gables and lots of security are but a few of the many features that highlight this Gables treasure. 303 is one of only two units in the building with a converted den/office/3rd bedroom (including closet and door, for privacy) and spreads out over 1,170 sq. ft. It features stainless steel appliances, central AC, tankless water heater and tons of space - plus a balcony, a washer/dryer and lots of closet space for your stuff. PLEASE NOTE: The unit does NOT have a dishwasher. Security is a major strength at this building: Driveway/parking is gated. Elevator lobby is key-only access. Each floor also requires its own key to access it. Guests need to be buzzed in via intercom. (There's also a camera + digital recording security system.) Walk to Miracle Mile. The Gables trolley on Ponce stops one block west. A three-block perimeter from the building includes a Publix, Target, UPS Store, Namaste Miami Indian Cuisine, Phillips Park and more. Unit was updated in 2021.
