Biscayne Beach · #1008

Biscayne Beach occupies a 51-story bayfront tower at 2900 NE 7th Avenue in Edgewater, completed in 2017 by Eastview Development and GTIS Partners. Arquitectonica handled the building's architecture while celebrity designer Thom Filicia designed the interiors, common spaces, and residential finishes. The tower holds approximately 391 residences spread across one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts plus penthouses, with floor-to-ceiling impact glass, custom European wood cabinetry, stone countertops, premium appliance packages, and private terraces protected by glass railings. Floor plans were drawn to maximize the building's east-facing bay orientation, and many units capture direct views across Biscayne Bay toward the Venetian Islands and South Beach beyond. The Edgewater address sits along Biscayne Bay between the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts to the south, the Miami Design District to the north, and Wynwood inland to the west. MiamiCentral and the Brightline station that connects to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando are roughly ten minutes south. The 7th Avenue corridor in this stretch of Edgewater is lined with newer mid-rise and high-rise residential buildings from Related Group, Two Roads Development, and OKO Group, and Margaret Pace Park, with its tennis courts, basketball courts, and waterfront promenade, is a short walk north along the bay. Downtown Miami, Bayside Marketplace, and the museums of Museum Park including the Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) and the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science sit within a short drive south. Biscayne Beach's signature amenity is a 30,000-square-foot private beach club along 335 linear feet of bay frontage, with imported sand, beachside cabanas with towel service, a swimming pier, and a dock for water toys and small craft. The sixth-floor amenity level adds a residents pool, hot tub, and outdoor lounge with a fire pit and daybeds, while interior amenities include a fitness center with bay views, indoor and outdoor great rooms, a sand volleyball court, two tennis courts, a basketball half-court, co-ed sauna and steam rooms, a beauty salon, and a business center. Service at the Biscayne Beach condominium is delivered through a 24-hour concierge desk and 24-hour valet parking team, and the building maintains on-site management and security.
