W Pompano Beach Hotel & Residences is a planned 24-story oceanfront tower at 20 North Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach, the first co-located W Hotel and Residences in the Western Hemisphere. Developed by Related Group and BH Group with Marriott International and designed by Nichols Architects with KORA, interiors by Meyer Davis and landscape by Enea, it holds 77 residences, two- to four-bedroom homes of about 2,400 to 3,400 square feet plus a penthouse collection to more than 6,200 square feet, and 296 fully furnished condo-hotel suites of about 580 to 1,860 square feet that can join the W rental program. Residences start at $3.1 million and suites at $775,000. Sales launched in January 2025 through Fortune International Group; a construction start has not been announced. The nearly four-acre site is a former beach-access parking lot on the ocean side of A1A, next to the Pompano Beach pier and the fishing village district, about 15 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale Beach and 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Amenities include a 60,000-square-foot WET Deck beach club with cabanas, a bar and grill, pickleball and padel courts and a jacuzzi, the W Living Room social hub, a speakeasy-style lounge, a FIT fitness center with yoga and spin, an AWAY Spa with cold plunge, steam and sauna, and for owners a private porte-cochère and lobby, an Owner's Club Lounge, a residents' pool, wine storage and a 24-hour doorman and concierge.
