The Caribbean is an oceanfront condominium at 3737 and 3739 Collins Avenue in Mid-Beach that pairs a restored 1941 hotel with a new tower. The original Caribbean Hotel was designed by Murray Dixon; a restoration and a new 19-story South Tower were completed around 2008. The single condominium holds 104 residences across both buildings, according to Miami-Dade property records. The restoration added new balconies, rooftop terraces, impact windows and glass railings to the historic building. Penthouses in both buildings have private rooftop terraces and pools, and residents park in an underground garage.
