Ten Museum Park · #2605

Ten Museum Park is a 50-story design-forward condominium at 1040 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, completed in 2007 and designed by Miami architect Chad Oppenheim of Oppenheim Architecture for developer Covin Development. Ten Museum Park delivers 200 loft-style residences in a single tower at the south edge of Museum Park, with floor plans organized as one-, two-, and three-bedroom lofts, upper-floor Tower Suites, and penthouses with private rooftop vitality pools. Loft interiors at Ten Museum Park feature 10-foot floor-to-ceiling glass walls, with select duplex layouts pushing the curtain wall to 20 feet, exposed architectural detailing, and gourmet open kitchens. The Ten Museum Park site sits directly across from Maurice A. Ferre Park (Museum Park), the Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), and the Frost Museum of Science, with the Kaseya Center one block south, the Adrienne Arsht Center one block north, and the Bayside Marketplace and Bayfront Park within a short walk. The Museum Park Metromover station is one block from the lobby, and the I-395 ramp connecting to Miami Beach is a few blocks north, putting South Beach roughly ten minutes away and Brickell five minutes south. The signature Ten Museum Park amenity is a 25,000-square-foot sky garden featuring eight pools, including infinity-edge sunrise and sunset pools positioned to track the arc of the sun across Biscayne Bay, two lap pools, and four plunge pools, paired with a Clinique La Prairie spa that offers aromatherapy, chromotherapy, steam and sauna chambers, and a rainforest-shower pavilion. Additional Ten Museum Park amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spin and yoga studio with class programming, a private business center, a residents' lounge, a fine dining restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, and a private bar and lounge curated by Miami hospitality figure Michael Capponi. Owners at Ten Museum Park receive 24-hour full-service concierge service, 24-hour valet parking, and secured garage access, and the Ten Museum Park amenity scale and Oppenheim architectural pedigree together mark the tower as one of the original design-led Downtown Miami condominiums on the Biscayne Boulevard cultural axis.
