Bal Harbour Shops is a few minutes south, and Aventura Mall is a short drive northwest. As of October 2026, two Sands Pointe condos for sale were listed at $1.55 million and $2.15 million, and three closed sales over the previous 12 months ranged from $1.075 million to $1.5 million, a median of about $632 per square foot.
