Grandview Palace is a 25-story waterfront condominium complex at 1800 N Bayshore Drive in North Bay Village, completed in 1987 on an 11-acre Biscayne Bay site that was originally designed in the 1960s to host Florida's first casino resort hotel under the Flamingo name. The Grandview Palace community holds approximately 530 residences across a connected mix of low-rise and high-rise buildings, with studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts ranging from roughly 600 to over 2,000 square feet. Many of the larger units have been renovated with open kitchens, tile or wood flooring, updated baths, and reconfigured floor plans, and most face Biscayne Bay, the Miami Beach skyline, or the marina basin.
