The Club at Brickell Bay · #518

The Club at Brickell Bay is a 43-story condominium at 1200 Brickell Bay Drive, completed in 2005 in the heart of Brickell's financial corridor. The Club at Brickell Bay tower contains 643 residential units in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts with floor-to-ceiling glass, granite kitchens with stainless appliances, in-residence washer and dryer connections, and private terraces facing Biscayne Bay or the downtown Miami skyline. The building also includes ground-level commercial and retail space along Brickell Bay Drive, and its scale - 643 units - makes it one of the largest single condominium buildings in the entire Brickell submarket by residential count. The Club at Brickell Bay location sits one block from Biscayne Bay along the eastern edge of Brickell, walking distance to Brickell City Centre with the Saks Fifth Avenue, Cinemex, and CMX cinema, Mary Brickell Village, the Brickell Metromover loop with its Eighth Street, Tenth Street/Promenade, and Financial District stations, the Underline linear park along the Metrorail tracks, and the cluster of restaurants and bars along South Miami Avenue including Sexy Fish, Komodo, La Mar, and Casa Tua Brickell. The Club at Brickell Bay's direct neighbors include Jade at Brickell Bay, Bristol Tower, Santa Maria, 1010 Brickell, and The Mark on Brickell. Direct bay views are unobstructed from the building's east-facing units, with Brickell Key and the Mandarin Oriental Miami visible across the channel to the north and the cruise ships of PortMiami visible at the entrance to Government Cut. Amenity space at The Club at Brickell Bay is concentrated on the elevated pool deck with a heated swimming pool, a lap pool, an outdoor whirlpool, and a poolside barbecue area. Indoor amenities at The Club include a fully equipped fitness center, a business and media center, a club room, and a kids' room, all backed by 24-hour security and 24-hour valet parking. The high unit count and broad layout mix - from studios through three-bedroom residences - make The Club at Brickell Bay one of the more active rental buildings in Brickell, with frequent inventory across all unit sizes and a renter population skewed toward downtown professionals, finance and tech workers, and short-stay corporate residents. The condo also draws first-time owner-occupiers seeking entry into Brickell at price points below the newer luxury towers.
