50 Biscayne is a 54-story tower at 50 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, directly across from Bayfront Park. Construction began in 2005 and the 50 Biscayne building opened on November 15, 2007. The Related Group developed the property with Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership on design, with Rockwell Group reportedly contributing to design components per Wikipedia. The program holds 527 residences in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts ranging roughly 567 to 1,789 interior square feet plus balcony.
