NoMad Wynwood · #424

NoMad Wynwood is a 9-story, 329-unit condominium at 2700 NW 2nd Avenue in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District, developed by Related Group in partnership with Tricap with architecture by Arquitectonica, interiors by DesignAgency, and landscape design by Naturalficial. Delivery of NoMad Residences Wynwood is projected for early 2026. NoMad Wynwood is the first residential project from the globally recognized NoMad Hotels brand, which operates flagship properties in New York, Los Angeles, London, and Las Vegas, bringing the brand's hospitality identity into a fully residential format for the first time. The NoMad Wynwood address sits directly on the NW 2nd Avenue restaurant and gallery spine, two blocks from Wynwood Walls and within steps of the RC Cola Plant, Coyo Taco, Wynwood Brewing Company, Joey's Italian Cafe, and the Wynwood Marketplace. The Miami Design District's Louis Vuitton, Hermès, and Institute of Contemporary Art Miami anchors begin six blocks north, the Shops at Midtown including Target, Sephora, and West Elm are within a five-minute walk, and Biscayne Bay frontage at Margaret Pace Park is roughly a mile east. The I-95 and I-195 ramps connect directly to Brickell, South Beach via the Julia Tuttle Causeway, and PortMiami. Brightline MiamiCentral handles regional rail two miles south, and Miami International Airport is roughly 20 minutes by car via SR-836. The NoMad Residences Wynwood program delivers 329 fully furnished studios to two-bedroom layouts, with floor plans designed to support both full-time owners and short-term-rental investors. NoMad Wynwood amenities include a rooftop pool deck and bar, a NoMad-curated rooftop restaurant programmed by the brand's culinary team led by Chef Leo Robitschek, a fitness center, residents lounges, and curated artwork from the Jorge M. Pérez Collection threaded through the public spaces. Concierge services round out the hospitality-style operating layer, and the Related Group has positioned NoMad Wynwood as the first major branded hospitality residential delivery in the Wynwood neighborhood, ahead of subsequent branded entries from Major Food Group and Casa Tua.
