Arquitectonica designed the 554-foot tower with a curved bayfront massing, and Lenny Kravitz's Kravitz Design Inc. shaped the interiors, including the three-story 30-foot lobby with mahogany doors and a finish palette of wood, brass, bronze, and leather wall treatments.
