Continuum North Tower is a 37-story oceanfront condominium at 50 South Pointe Drive on the southern tip of Miami Beach's South of Fifth neighborhood, completed in 2008 by developer Bruce Eichner of the Continuum Company with architecture by Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership.
