Mr. C Residences Bayshore is a 20-story waterfront condominium at 2655 South Bayshore Drive in Coconut Grove, completed in 2024. The Mr. C Bayshore tower was developed by Terra and designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Meyer Davis and landscape architecture by ArqGEO. Mr. C Bayshore originally programmed 118 residences but closed with about 95 to 96 homes after pre-construction combinations, with floor plans ranging from one- to five-bedroom layouts. The Cipriani family's Mr. C hospitality brand operates the residential and food and beverage program inside the tower, carrying the same service standards used at the Mr. C hotels in New York, Miami Coconut Grove, and the Hamptons. The building sits on the Bayshore Drive corridor between the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Grovenor House, and the new Mr. C Tigertail tower at 2678 Tigertail Avenue.
