MacArthur Causeway access is six blocks south at Fifth Street, putting Brickell and Brickell City Centre within a 10-minute drive. Resident amenities at Mondrian South Beach include the bayfront pool deck with the signature Sleeping Beauty rose garden, a private marina with available slips, the Asian-inspired Agua Bathhouse spa, a 24-hour fitness center, signature dining at the lobby-level restaurant, a residents' lounge, 24-hour concierge and valet, gated entry, and the operating Mondrian hotel program providing housekeeping, room service, and a turnkey rental program coordinated by the operator.
