Arte · #301

Arte Surfside is a 12-story ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium at 8955 Collins Avenue in Surfside, completed in 2020 by Sapir Corp (led by Alex Sapir) and Giovanni Fasciano, with Italian design firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel making its US residential debut alongside executive architect Kobi Karp. Arte holds just 16 residences across the building, configured as full-floor or half-floor flow-through layouts ranging from roughly 3,124 to 7,681 square feet in three-, four-, five-, and six-bedroom plans, all with private elevator entry directly into each unit. Interiors at Arte come with 10- to 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass, Italian travertine flooring throughout, custom Italian kitchens with Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances, hand-finished millwork, marble baths with deep-soaking tubs, and oversize private terraces facing both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway from the flow-through configuration. The 8955 Collins address sits in the heart of Surfside, two blocks from the Four Seasons at The Surf Club, the Surf Club Restaurant by Thomas Keller, Le Sirenuse Miami, and the Surfside town center with Carpaccio Surfside and Josh's Deli, with Bal Harbour Shops just south anchoring Hermes, Chanel, Dior, Brunello Cucinelli, Goyard, and dining at Le Zoo, Carpaccio, and Makoto. The protected Surfside beach and the continuous Bal Harbour-to-Surfside beachwalk run directly behind the building. Haulover Marina, Haulover Park, the Haulover tennis center, and the Indian Creek Country Club sit within ten minutes north, while Aventura Mall and the Aventura Brightline station reach within 15 minutes by car west across the William Lehman Causeway. Arte's amenity program is sized for a 16-residence building: an indoor lap pool, a separate outdoor oceanfront pool, a private beach club with chair and umbrella service, a fitness center with cardio and weight rooms, a sauna and steam, a residents' lounge with library, a dedicated children's playroom, a tennis court (rare for a Surfside footprint), and 24-hour concierge, valet, butler service, and security. Arte's building staffing includes a dedicated residence manager and 24-hour porter, and the ultra-low density translates into a service ratio closer to a small private resort than a typical condominium, with beach service, in-residence catering, and personal trainers available on request.
