Mr. C Residences Tigertail · #1005

Mr. C Tigertail Residences is a 21-story luxury condominium at 2678 Tigertail Avenue in Coconut Grove, completed in 2024 as the sister project to Mr. C Bayshore at 2655 South Bayshore. The Mr. C Tigertail tower was developed by Terra and the Cipriani family's Mr. C brand, with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by Meyer Davis Studio. Mr. C Tigertail holds approximately 134 to 136 residences laid out in one- to four-bedroom plans, with interior square footage running from about 648 to 2,058 square feet. The building functions as a purely residential complement to the dining and lounge program at the adjacent Bayshore tower, and the Tigertail floor plate carries a higher share of one- and two-bedroom layouts than its larger sibling next door. The Tigertail location sits one block inland from South Bayshore Drive, on a quieter residential corridor that runs through the leafy heart of Coconut Grove. From the Mr. C Tigertail lobby it is a short walk to the Mr. C Bayshore restaurant, Dinner Key Marina, Monty's Seafood Restaurant, and the Coconut Grove Sailing Club, and a slightly longer walk to CocoWalk, Peacock Park, and the Coconut Grove Playhouse. Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, the Ritz-Carlton Residences, and Grovenor House are all within a few minutes by car, and Coral Gables, the University of Miami, and Brickell are each within fifteen minutes. The Mary Street and Grand Avenue restaurant cluster sits a few minutes south along the village walking grid. Mr. C Tigertail residences feature 10-foot floor-to-ceiling glass, European porcelain tile flooring, custom Italian kitchens by ItalKraft, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, Italian Terrazzo accents, and quartz countertops. The Mr. C Tigertail amenity program includes a rooftop pool deck, a fitness center, a residents' lounge, a co-working space, and Mr. C concierge service, with cross-access privileges to the food and beverage program at Mr. C Bayshore. Together, Mr. C Tigertail and Mr. C Bayshore form a two-tower Cipriani campus at the Tigertail-Bayshore intersection, sharing the same hospitality team, the same architectural language, and the same Meyer Davis interior vocabulary across the pair of buildings.
