Continuum 12000 Residences is a planned 20-story bayfront condominium at 12000 N Bayshore Dr in North Miami, developed by Ian Bruce Eichner's Continuum Company and designed by Kobi Karp Architecture with interiors by Paul Duesing Partners, the original designer of Continuum South Beach, and landscape by Urban Robot. Branded as Continuum Sport & Wellness Residences, the glass tower rises on a 4.3-acre site at the mouth of Indian Creek on Biscayne Bay, acquired through a bulk buyout of the 1981 Mariners Bay condominium. The 262 residences span one to three bedrooms plus waterfront villas and penthouses, from 1,035 to 3,543 square feet, priced from $1.4 million at the February 2026 sales launch. Homes feature private terraces with panoramic bay, ocean and skyline views, floor-to-ceiling glass, kitchens with travertine and quartzite surfaces and custom European cabinetry, spa-style primary baths with private saunas, a cedar sauna in each residence and NSF-certified water filtration throughout.
