House of Wellness Brickell is a planned 34-story condominium at 152 SW 9th St in West Brickell, developed by North Development, the joint venture between Oak Capital and Edifica behind the Domus Brickell towers, and designed by Studio MC+G Architecture with interiors by Urban Robot Associates. The tower debuts North's House of Wellness brand with 656 studio, one- and two-bedroom residences priced from approximately $390,000, among the lowest entry points for new construction in Brickell. Residences feature 9-foot-4-inch ceilings, finished flooring throughout, two-tone cabinetry with terrazzo counters, a premium appliance package with cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher and speed oven, porcelain bathroom tile and, in select homes, polished-concrete balconies with Brickell skyline and Biscayne Bay views. The building is operated by in-house North Management with a dedicated leasing office. More than 22,000 square feet of wellness amenities include a full-service spa with hammam, sauna, steam room and cold plunge, treatment rooms for massage, physical therapy and IV therapy, a gym with private training room and indoor-outdoor functional training, a skyline rooftop pool with cabanas and clubhouse, coworking spaces, juice bar, podcast room, hair salon, ground-floor urban lounge, dog spa and park, a building-wide water purification system and an Integrated Wellness Method with a health assessment at move-in. Five levels of podium parking sit below the residences. The site is one block west of the Brickell Metrorail and Metromover station and adjacent to The Underline, a four-minute walk to Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village. Sales launched in March 2026 through Fortune Development Sales. Request House of Wellness floor plans and pricing from REHUB Miami.
