SLS Lux Brickell is a 57-story luxury condominium and condo-hotel at 801 South Miami Avenue, completed in 2018 directly across the street from Brickell City Centre. The tower was developed by The Related Group with The Allen Morris Company and sbe, with architecture by Arquitectonica, interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, and an exterior LED facade by lighting artist Ana Isabel Martinez, the first of its kind in Brickell. SLS Lux delivers 450 condominium residences plus 70 hotel guestrooms and suites organized as one- to four-bedroom condos from roughly 956 to 1,753 interior square feet, with penthouse layouts running up to 4,247 square feet plus terrace. The SLS Lux site stands at the heart of Brickell's pedestrian core, connected by climate-controlled walkways to Brickell City Centre's open-air retail, Saks Fifth Avenue, and the Brickell Metromover, and within walking distance of Mary Brickell Village, the Brickell Avenue financial corridor, and the Miami River walkways.
