Two Grove Isle · #B1602

Two Grove Isle is the second of three residential towers on Grove Isle, the 20-acre private island in Biscayne Bay connected to Coconut Grove by a guarded bridge. Completed in 1980, the 19-floor building holds 167 condominium residences at 2 Grove Isle Drive, with floor plans laid out for direct bay, marina, or sculpture-garden orientations. Two Grove Isle sits between Tower One, finished a year earlier in 1979, and Tower Three, finished in 1981, sharing the same island access, lobby standards, and amenity rights as the rest of the Grove Isle community. The Two Grove Isle floor plate carries a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts, plus a small set of penthouses on the upper floors, with most residences sized for full-time owners rather than pied-a-terre buyers. The mainland side of the bridge feeds into the Village of Coconut Grove, where Main Highway, Bayshore Drive, and McFarlane Road frame CocoWalk, Peacock Park, the Coconut Grove Sailing Club, and Dinner Key Marina. From the Two Grove Isle gatehouse, drivers reach the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, the Mr. C Bayshore tower, and the Ritz-Carlton Residences within a few minutes, and the Brickell financial district, Coral Gables, and the University of Miami in under fifteen. Miami International Airport is about a twenty-minute drive north along the bay, and the Cocoplum Circle interchange a few minutes south opens Old Cutler Road toward Matheson Hammock Park and the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. Grove Isle's amenities are shared across the three towers and include the Palmeiras Beach Club and Hotel, the Cliff Drysdale Tennis Club with twelve outdoor courts, a 60-slip deep-water marina, several bayfront pools, a spa and fitness facility, and the island's original 55-piece outdoor sculpture collection. Two Grove Isle residents have 24-hour gatehouse security, valet, concierge, and access to the recently added pickleball and padel courts that came in with the post-2020 island redevelopment after the original Grove Isle club building was demolished. The refreshed Grove Isle clubhouse adds a restaurant and bar, event space, and water sports rentals, and Two Grove Isle owners with marina rights have direct boat-slip access into Biscayne Bay.
