Infinity at Brickell · #1600

Infinity at Brickell is a 53-story mixed-use tower at 60 SW 13th Street, with the lower floors devoted to roughly 42,000 square feet of office space and 6,000 square feet of retail and the upper floors holding 459 condominium residences. The building was completed in 2008 and sits at the southern edge of the Brickell financial district, two blocks from the Brickell Metromover station. Floor plans at Infinity at Brickell cover studios through three-bedroom layouts, with a collection of sky-loft units on upper floors that drop the interior walls and structural pillars to open up the full floor-to-ceiling glass exposure. Standard interiors include open kitchens with European cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and private balconies. The Infinity site is a short walk from Mary Brickell Village to the north, Brickell City Centre five blocks up SW 7th Street, and the Underline park along South Miami Avenue. Brickell Key sits east across Brickell Avenue, with Simpson Park, one of the only remaining tropical hardwood hammocks in Miami, two blocks south of the building. The Brickell Metromover station feeds into the larger Downtown loop, connecting residents to the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Bayfront Park, Bayside Marketplace, and the KASEYA Center without a car. The Brickell Avenue restaurant corridor and the Mary Brickell Village dining stretch are both within a six-block radius. The amenity program at Infinity at Brickell is built around a resort-style pool and sundeck on the amenity level, with a fitness center, full-service spa with steam and sauna, club room, theater, business center, conference room, and children's playroom. Service runs 24-hour concierge, valet, and security. The mixed-use base, with the office floors above ground level and retail at street level, gives the building a daytime rhythm rare for Brickell residential towers of its era and means residents can run a workday or grab basics without leaving the building. The Infinity at Brickell address sits inside the half-mile catchment that defines the Brickell financial district, making the building a frequent choice for owners working at Brickell World Plaza, 600 Brickell, and the adjacent office stock.
