Cove Miami is a 40-story, 116-residence waterfront condominium that broke ground in March 2026 at 456 NE 29th Street on the Biscayne Bay shoreline in Edgewater. SB Development Group and Hazelton Capital Group are developing the project, with architecture by Kobi Karp Architecture and interiors and additional design contributions by Dieguez Fridman Design. Floor plans at Cove Miami run from one-bedroom-plus-den layouts to expansive four-bedroom-plus-den residences with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass, and wraparound terraces engineered to maximize natural light and bay views. Pricing starts around $1.4 million and runs to roughly $3.5 million, with completion targeted for 2028. The Cove Residences property occupies one of Edgewater's last direct-bayfront parcels, with a private dock planned for resident water access. Margaret Pace Park sits one block north for waterfront tennis courts and dog runs, the Adrienne Arsht Center anchors the south end of the Biscayne Boulevard cultural corridor, and the Pérez Art Museum Miami and Frost Museum of Science sit a five-minute drive south on the bayfront. The Miami Design District, Wynwood Arts District, and Midtown Miami's Shops at Midtown are all within roughly a mile. The Venetian Causeway connects directly to South Beach in under 10 minutes, and PortMiami and Brickell are accessible via Biscayne Boulevard or the MacArthur Causeway. Brightline MiamiCentral handles regional rail two miles south. Kitchens at The Cove Residences feature custom Calacatta Gold countertops and backsplashes paired with Bosch and Thermador appliances, with wine coolers in select units. Cove Miami amenities are programmed around the waterfront and include an infinity pool deck overlooking Biscayne Bay, a fitness center, wellness areas, a coworking lounge, a billiards and games room, and a private theater. The Cove also includes a healthcare concierge service, on-demand car-sharing access, and the private boat dock, which is rare for new construction at this scale in Edgewater. The building's vertical scale at 40 stories will deliver direct, unobstructed bay views from upper floors across to the Venetian Islands and South Beach.
