Harbour House · #1132

Harbour House is a 16-story oceanfront condominium at 10275 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour Village, originally built in the 1960s and gut-renovated in 2007 by The Related Group with Sieger Suarez Architects re-skinning the building and rebuilding interiors to the slab. The renovation delivered approximately 457 residences in studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts with floor-to-ceiling impact glass, Italian porcelain flooring, open kitchens with Italian cabinetry, Bosch appliances, modern baths, and private balconies facing the Atlantic Ocean, the Bal Harbour beach, or the Intracoastal Waterway. Harbour House is one of the largest unit-count buildings in Bal Harbour and a frequent entry point for studio and one-bedroom buyers in the village. The 10275 Collins address sits in central Bal Harbour Village, immediately adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour and a one-block walk to Bal Harbour Shops with Hermes, Chanel, Dior, Brunello Cucinelli, Goyard, Le Zoo, Carpaccio, and Makoto. The Bal Harbour beachwalk runs directly behind the property, connecting south through Surfside to the Four Seasons Surf Club, the Surf Club Restaurant by Thomas Keller, and Le Sirenuse within a 10-minute walk. Haulover Park, Haulover Marina, Haulover tennis, and Haulover Beach sit five minutes north, and Aventura Mall and the Aventura Brightline station reach within 15 minutes by car west. Harbour House's amenity program is sized to the unit count and includes two oceanfront heated swimming pools, a fitness center with cardio and weight rooms, a yoga and pilates studio, a spa with sauna and steam, a clubroom and game room, a children's playroom, a residents' beach club with chair and umbrella service, and an oceanfront cafe, with 24-hour concierge, valet, and security. Assigned covered garage parking, guest parking, bicycle storage, and pet-friendly policies on select floor plans round out the package, and the renovated lobby and oversize landscaped pool deck remain among the largest common-area footprints in the village.
