Casamar · #1202

Casamar is a 21-story oceanfront residence at 900 N Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach, completed in summer 2025 on 283 linear feet of pristine beachfront. Casamar Pompano Beach was developed by The Related Group with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by Rockwell Group. The Casamar tower delivers 118 residences in two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts ranging from approximately 1,000 to 3,934 square feet, with three- and four-bedroom homes ranging 2,982 to 3,934 square feet. Residences at Casamar feature private elevators direct into each home, 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian custom kitchens, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, deep soaking tubs in primary baths, and private terraces with summer kitchens. The Casamar building stands 220 feet tall and achieved a roughly $350 million sellout, with recorded sales from $1.6 million to $6.4 million. Pompano Beach sits at the geographic center of Florida's Gold Coast between Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, with Casamar anchoring the eastern beachfront stretch along A1A. The Hillsboro Inlet and Lighthouse Point are five minutes north, and Atlantic Boulevard with the Pompano Beach Pier and Beach House Pompano restaurant complex sits one mile south. The Pompano Beach Cultural Center, Hidden Harbour, and the new Pompano Beach Fishing Village development sit nearby. Sample Road and the Pompano Citi Centre are five minutes west. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is twenty-five minutes south, and Brightline service at Fort Lauderdale station offers one-seat access to Miami, Boca Raton, and Orlando. Compared to Fort Lauderdale Beach or Boca Raton waterfront product, Casamar Pompano Beach offers comparable luxury new construction at a meaningfully lower price-per-square-foot with the same Atlantic frontage and easier overall traffic profile. The Casamar amenity program covers two pool decks and roughly 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space curated by Rockwell Group. Residents at Casamar share a sunrise oceanfront pool and a separate sunset pool, a Promenade Lounge with catering kitchen and bar, a fitness center, his-and-her saunas, a virtual golf simulator, a regulation-size pickleball court, a kids' club, and a residents' library. The Casamar Pompano Beach building also includes a beachfront cabana program with food and beverage service, a curated public-space art collection, 24-hour concierge, valet parking, and a private porte-cochere arrival. The Casamar at 900 N Ocean Boulevard pairs the Related Group hospitality program with Rockwell Group's signature design language, and the building's two-tone facade has become a recognizable element of the Pompano Beach skyline since topping out.
