Apogee Beach · #902

Apogee Beach is a 22-story oceanfront condominium at 3951 South Ocean Drive in Hollywood Beach, completed in 2015 by Related Group. The Apogee Beach tower was designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa, with the project inspired by architect Carlos Ott. Apogee Beach holds 49 residences in two-, three-, and four-bedroom flow-through layouts sited on 240 linear feet of private Atlantic Ocean beachfront. Residences at Apogee Beach feature 10-foot ceilings, full-floor and half-floor configurations, Italian marble flooring, Gaggenau appliance packages, custom Italian cabinetry, semi-private elevator landings, and private terraces facing the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west. The flow-through plan gives most residences sunrise views over the Atlantic and sunset views over the Intracoastal, and the half-floor and full-floor units span the entire width of the building. The South Ocean Drive address at Apogee Beach sits along the southern end of Hollywood Beach between Hallandale Beach Boulevard and the Diplomat Beach Resort, with the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and its restaurants, bars, and pedestrian boardwalk culture roughly two miles north. The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is one of the longest pedestrian beachfront promenades in South Florida and connects to Hollywood's downtown and the Anne Kolb Nature Center. Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, and Sunny Isles Beach are short drives south, and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport sits about 15 minutes north. The Hollywood Beach Golf Club, the Diplomat Country Club, and Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino in Hallandale are within easy reach for Apogee Beach residents. The Apogee Beach amenity program centers on a beachfront pool with cabanas, a spa with private treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center with ocean views, a residents lounge, and direct beach access with chair and umbrella service from the building's beach attendants. Service at Apogee Beach is delivered by a 24-hour concierge desk and valet team, and the building maintains on-site management and security. The Carlos Ott-inspired exterior, the small 49-unit count, and the 240 linear feet of private Atlantic Ocean beach put Apogee Beach Hollywood in the boutique oceanfront category alongside Beachwalk, Sage Beach, and Hyde Beach Hollywood down the South Hollywood corridor, with floor plates significantly larger than the typical Sunny Isles or central Hollywood tower product. The building is distinct from the Apogee South Beach project (also a Related Group / Sieger Suarez ultra-luxury tower at 800 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach) despite the shared Apogee name.
