Vita at Grove Isle · #L405

Vita at Grove Isle is a seven-story waterfront condominium that reached completion in Q4 2025 at 4 Grove Isle Drive, wrapping the northern shoreline of a private island reached by a single guarded bridge from Coconut Grove. Developer Ugo Colombo's CMC Group commissioned CallisonRTKL to draw a curvilinear silhouette composed of three interconnected volumes named Mare, Luce, and Sole, a curved form that follows the island's edge along Biscayne Bay. The building holds 65 residences with three- and four-bedroom layouts from roughly 2,500 to 5,000 square feet, plus a bi-level penthouse collection of 14 units running 3,400 to 6,600 square feet, each crowned by a private roof deck and pool. Grove Isle sits inside Biscayne Bay just off South Bayshore Drive, with the guarded causeway separating the island from the Sailing Club, the Kennedy Park waterfront, and the bayside marina district of Coconut Grove. The Vita at Grove Isle setting reads as a piece of the Grove that floats: walking trails ring the island, mangroves and royal palms frame the views, and the village core around CocoWalk, Cocowalk's restaurants, the Coconut Grove Library, and Regatta Park sits a short drive across the bridge. Coral Gables and the Miracle Mile shops are roughly ten minutes west, and Brickell and the airport are reachable through South Bayshore Drive and Rickenbacker Causeway. Residences inside Vita feature floor-to-ceiling glass, oversized terraces, summer kitchens on the bay side, and chef's kitchens detailed to CMC Group's spec book. Building services include 24-hour security at the island gatehouse, valet, concierge, and access to a private marina with deepwater slips. The amenity program centers on a bayfront resort pool with cabanas, a spa with treatment rooms and sauna, a fitness center with Pilates studio, a residents' lounge with private dining room, and direct walking access to the island's tennis courts and waterfront paths around the seawall. The Vita at Grove Isle profile pairs the privacy of a gated island with the village pace of Coconut Grove just across the bridge.
