1800 Club · #2507

1800 Club is a 42-story bayfront condominium tower at 1800 North Bayshore Drive in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, completed in 2007 by BCOM with architecture by Bermello, Ajamil and Partners. The 423-foot tower holds 469 residences arranged as one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts from 822 to 2,189 square feet, with five lower floors built out as ground-floor retail and the residential program rising above. Bermello, Ajamil and Partners earned a 2002 SARA (Society of American Registered Architects) Design Award for the building's postmodernist exterior, and the 1800 Club has held up since delivery as one of the value benchmarks for Edgewater bayfront condominium living. The site sits directly on Biscayne Bay across North Bayshore Drive from Margaret Pace Park, the 8.2-acre bayfront green with tennis and basketball courts, a playground, and a waterfront promenade. Edgewater puts 1800 Club within a 10-minute drive of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, the Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), the Frost Museum of Science, Maurice A. Ferre Park, the Kaseya Center, the Wynwood arts district, the Miami Design District, Midtown Miami, and Downtown Miami. The Venetian Causeway crosses to South Beach a few minutes north, and Brickell and Miami International Airport sit within 15 minutes by car. Residences at 1800 Club open through impact floor-to-ceiling glass to private balconies with bay, Venetian Islands, Miami Beach, or skyline views, with European-style cabinetry, stainless appliances, and open-plan kitchens. The two-story recreation deck holds a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a Zen garden, and a sun deck, anchored by an indoor fitness center, a yoga and aerobics studio, a co-ed sauna and steam room, and massage rooms. The 1800 Club also delivers an on-site waterfront restaurant, a party room, a billiards room, a business center, a two-story lobby, secure private storage, and a mail and package receiving desk. Service includes 24-hour concierge, security, and valet, with multi-level covered parking.
