Icon Brickell II · #2611

Icon Brickell II is the southernmost of the three Icon Brickell towers, a 57-story waterfront condominium at 495 Brickell Avenue developed by The Related Group and designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Philippe Starck. Completed in 2008 as part of the $1.3 billion Icon Brickell complex, Icon II holds 561 residences in studio through three-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses, with European-inspired kitchens, imported stone countertops, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance packages and bathrooms finished in French limestone. The Icon Brickell campus sits on a 10-acre Biscayne Bay parcel at the southern entrance to the Brickell financial district. The 495 Brickell site sits at the southern end of Brickell Avenue, a short walk from Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, the Brickell Metromover stations and the dining strip along South Miami Avenue that includes Komodo, Sexy Fish and Cantina La Veinte. The Underline linear park, Simpson Park hammock and the new Brickell Backyard plaza are within walking distance, and Bayfront Park, the KASEYA Center and Miami Worldcenter sit a short drive north across the Miami River. The Icon Brickell II lobby opens onto the bayfront promenade that runs along Biscayne Bay. Icon Brickell II's amenity program is one of the deepest in Miami. The 10-acre campus delivers a 300-foot lap pool with cabanas, a 40,000-square-foot health club and spa with daily group classes, multiple bayfront restaurants, the signature Cipriani Downtown ground-floor restaurant, the SLS-aligned hospitality program and a two-acre patio deck shared with Icon Brickell Towers I and III. Inside the towers, the Philippe Starck-designed lobby is anchored by 22-foot Easter Island-inspired columns. Owners at Icon Brickell II have 24-hour concierge, valet, on-site security and direct access to the broader Icon programming. The combination of scale, location and Starck signature design has kept Icon Brickell II among the most actively traded buildings in Brickell since delivery.
