Mr. C Residences Bayshore · #1008

Mr. C Residences Bayshore is a 20-story waterfront condominium at 2655 South Bayshore Drive in Coconut Grove, completed in 2024. The Mr. C Bayshore tower was developed by Terra and designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Meyer Davis and landscape architecture by ArqGEO. Mr. C Bayshore originally programmed 118 residences but closed with about 95 to 96 homes after pre-construction combinations, with floor plans ranging from one- to five-bedroom layouts. The Cipriani family's Mr. C hospitality brand operates the residential and food and beverage program inside the tower, carrying the same service standards used at the Mr. C hotels in New York, Miami Coconut Grove, and the Hamptons. The building sits on the Bayshore Drive corridor between the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Grovenor House, and the new Mr. C Tigertail tower at 2678 Tigertail Avenue. From Mr. C Bayshore, Dinner Key Marina, Monty's Seafood Restaurant, and the Coconut Grove Sailing Club are within walking distance, and Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is a short drive north. The Coconut Grove village core around CocoWalk, the Coconut Grove Playhouse, and Peacock Park is about ten minutes on foot south, while Coral Gables, Brickell, and the University of Miami each sit within a fifteen-minute drive. The Mr. C Bayshore site forms one half of a two-tower Cipriani campus with the sister Tigertail building one block inland. Mr. C Bayshore's amenity program centers on Cipriani-branded hospitality. The building includes a Mr. C signature restaurant and bar, a bayfront pool, a private marina, a spa and fitness center, residents-only lounges, and the Mr. C concierge desk for in-residence dining, housekeeping, and travel coordination. Residences inside Mr. C Bayshore feature 10-foot floor-to-ceiling glass, European porcelain tile flooring, ItalKraft Italian kitchens, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and quartz countertops, with primary baths in stone slab. The yacht-inspired massing from Arquitectonica draws on Coconut Grove's maritime history, and the upper-floor penthouse plans carry private rooftop terrace space and 360-degree bay-and-skyline views.
