Park Grove Club Residences · #702

Park Grove Club Residences is the third and final tower of the Park Grove campus at 2831 South Bayshore Drive in Coconut Grove, a 23-story, 132-unit condominium completed in 2018 by Terra Group and Related Group with architecture by OMA in partnership with Arquitectonica. Lobby and common-area interiors at Park Grove Club Residences are by Meyer Davis Studio, kitchens and baths are by William Sofield, and Enzo Enea handled the landscape architecture across the five-acre Park Grove campus. The Club Residences offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with expansive balconies and 10-foot glass walls, and the fully furnished Club units add a hotel-style flexible-stay layer that is unusual at this Coconut Grove price point. The Park Grove campus sits on five private bayfront acres along Coconut Grove's Bayshore Drive, looking across Biscayne Bay toward Key Biscayne. CocoWalk's restaurants, shops, and bars are a five-minute walk away, Regatta Harbour and the Coconut Grove sailing clubs including the Coral Reef Yacht Club sit two blocks south, and the historic Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is half a mile north. Mercy Hospital is two blocks south on Bayshore Drive, the University of Miami campus is roughly 10 minutes west via SW 22nd Avenue, and Brickell, downtown Miami, and Miami International Airport are all reachable in under 20 minutes via Bayshore Drive and SR-836. The Coconut Grove sailing clubs and Dinner Key Marina anchor the waterfront immediately south of the property, with Regatta Park hosting outdoor events and farmers markets year-round. Park Grove Club Residences amenities span the shared Park Grove resort campus and a tower-exclusive program at the Club tower: a rooftop pool deck with bay views, a signature spa with aromatherapy saunas, indoor and outdoor yoga, a 28-seat screening room, wine storage, private dining rooms, and children's play areas. The fully furnished Club units at Park Grove include flexible-stay programming and hotel-style services, an unusual offering for ultra-luxury Coconut Grove. The OMA-designed faceted-concrete exoskeleton -- inspired by stacked coconut palm trunks -- repeats across all three Park Grove towers, and the tower trio constitutes 276 total residences across the campus. Park Grove Club Residences is also walking distance to the Barnacle Historic State Park and the Kennedy Park bayfront promenade.
